Ruth A. Soppe, of Savanna, IL, passed away Sunday, March 16, at her home in Savanna after a long illness. Funeral Mass will be held Saturday, March 22, at St. John the Baptist's Catholic Church in Savanna with a meal to follow. A private family graveside service will be held at a later date.
