John N. Pendgraft Born: May 18, 1948 Died: February 27, 2025 John Nelson Pendgraft, 76, of Milledgeville, passed away February 27, 2025 at Rock River Hospice and Home, Sterling, IL. John was born May 18, 1948, the son of Roy and Bessie (Loy) Pendgraft in Rock Falls, IL. He graduated from Rock Falls High School, class of 1967 and immediately went to work at Spalding's Used Cars & Parts with his brother, Henry. In later years he worked at Eller & Willey Block Company in Dixon as a mechanic and truck driver. John married Beverly Livingston on May 18,1983 in the Rock Falls Christian Church. They raised their family in Rock Falls until they moved to Milledgeville in 1997. As a family, they enjoyed many vacations traveling and camping. John will be sadly missed and forever loved by his wife, Beverly; sons, Joshua (Pat) Pendgraft of Sterling and Samuel (Jill) Pendgraft of Pacific, Missouri; daughter, Susanne (David) Foley of Milledgeville.
